Due to a change of Lloyd’s syndicates effective 01 July 2019, the process for lodging Lloyd’s claims has changed.

For policies with an inception date of 01 July 2019 or later, please use the claims processes below.

Liability Claims (except Residential Strata)

Liability claims for all Lloyd’s products other than Residential Strata are handled by Proclaim Management Solutions (Proclaim).

Proclaim have many years of experience dealing with various Lloyd’s syndicates and will be able to promptly deal with all claims and queries.
