- Bed and Breakfasts where the owner or a full-time manager lives on site.
- Home and contents with a sum insured up to $5 million.
- Bed and Breakfasts that can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests or 6 bedrooms.
What we do not like to write under this policy …
- Holiday homes.
- Unoccupied homes.
- Motels, hotels or resorts.
- Camping facilities.
- Backpacker facilities.
- Properties within 100m of uncleared natural bushland.
